We were so excited to have our sales rep. he was truly one of the most professional car salesmen we've ever worked with before. We had such an awful experience with two other dealerships, we were just about to purchase a new Toyota Sienna because we really liked our salesman at the Toyota dealership. This was an incredible sales experience. Because of the way the visits and my work hours occurred, two sales people worked with me but they did so as a well aligned team. They communicated information to each other very well so each one was always up to speed. Started out looking at Civics but they did enough exploring with me on neesd that I moved up to an Accord. The finance person was also excellent. Very knowledgable. Everyone knew the product very well and were proud of their dealership. I have bought a lot of cars.
